Burton or Gnu?
I want a new snowboard & can't decide between the gnu DK dirty habits w/MTX or the Burton Custom ics. I want a park board that can also shred the entire mountain. I am intrigued by the gnu board's MTX technology. However, everyone says burtons technology is 2 years ahead of everyone elses. Whats the truth?
I want a board great for booters and pipe, but I also want to be able to throw down on some rails too. Does the MTX work well on rails?
I have a size 13 boot so some of the other recommendations won't work for me, but thanks for the insights though, it's greatly appreciated.
If you are wanting a Gnu, I would check out the riders choice. My personal favorite board out there.
The Burton Custom is my second favorite. The ICS system is really good.
Burton isn't really "the best snowboard company ever." Its a good company, and makes a solid product, but companies like Gnu are just as good.
