Mine is Stanley Kubrick, favorite films: A Clockwork Orange, The Shining, 2001: A Space Odyssey, and Full Metal Jacket.
My second will have to be Quentin Tarantino (Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill) or Tim Burton (Nightmare Before Christmas, Batman, Sweeney Todd).
Federico Fellini was the most influential to me - All of his movies like 8 1/2, Amarcod, La Doce Vita...
Jean-Luc Godard was another influential director to me - Tarantino's styles was emulated from him, too. Bande Parte (The outsider)
Zhang Yimou (Ju Duo, Hero, Raise the Red Latern...) and Spike Lee (Do the right thing...) are 2 other ones.
