For an average size driveway can you get a snow blower for under $500.00 Canadian & it still be a good one?

Or do you have to pay at least a thousand dollars Cdn. to get a half descent one. Please give me any advice on buying a snow blower - so I don't go out and buy more than I need. Thx

this time of year snowblowers are high priced, business will milk you for all they can on em, if they dont sell over the winter months you could save hundreds. If you can survive without this year my advice would be to wait and buy one after winter and being prepared for next one. And if and when you do get one add stabil to the gas mixture. The biggest problem with blowers is they sit around more than being used and gas will turn to lacquer ruining the carberator, stabil prevents this from happening and cheaper than a shop would charge to rebuild your snow blowers carberator. stabil is the products name and runs around 5 bucks
