I'm a male 6'2" 195lbs with a body fat percentage of 12%. I've been working out really hard for the past year, 3-4 times per week lifting weights and doing cardio 2 times per week.

I lost about 10 lbs over the past year but have been able to pack on some serious muscle growth everywhere except my abs. I still have a layer of flab/fat on my stomach. (I can pinch about 2 inches) You can vaguely see the beginnings of a 4 pack on a good day but not the 6 pack I'm shooting for.

I'm getting frustrated with my results, I focus heavily on abs 2 times per week doing a variety of excercises targeting obliques/upper/mid and lower abs (45-60 minutes). I eat about 200 grams of protein per day and keep within a 2,000 calorie diet with low carb intake.

What gives? Any recommendation besides LIPO??
